 Off! event. There are Hands Off! events occurring across the state and aro
 und the nation - join the resistance! In keeping with our approach of resi
 stance through a raised fist and an open hand\, we will be assisting at th
 e Raleigh event with collecting canned and dried foods for our partner\, t
 he Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina.\n\nSpecifically\, the 
 most wanted items are:\n♡Pop-top cans preferred\n♡Low trans fat\, low 
 sodium\, sugar-free\n•Canned Beans (pinto\, black\, kidney)\n•Canned V
 egetables (corn\, diced tomatoes\, green beans\, peas)\n•Canned Fruits (
 pineapple\, peaches\, pears\, fruit cocktail)\n•Canned Meats (tuna\, chi
 cken\, salmon)\n•Canned Soup (tomato\, chicken noodles\, beef stew)\n•
 Canned Dairy (evaporated milk\, sweetened condensed milk\, crema\, coconut
  milk)\n•Cereal and Oatmeal \n•Rice (brown is best\, white\, instant)\
 n•Dried Beans (pinto\, black\, chick peas)\n•Lentils (green\, red\, br
 own)\n•Peanut Butter\n•Pastas (spaghetti\, mac and cheese)\n•Dried F
